Are you one of those people who enjoy the dip or the sauce more than actual food? This simple and easy recipe of sweet chili sauce can be prepared within minutes at home.
Try to reduce chemicals and artificial ingredients in your food intake as much as you can and give this a try. You won't be disappointed.
Chilli flakes 1 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
water 1 cup
Flour or corn flour 1 tbsp
01) Heat the pan and add chili flakes, minced garlic, salt, sugar followed by 1 cup of water.
02) Then add chili power depending on the spice level you prefer.
03)When it simmers, add any thickening agent, I used flour.
04) Let it cool and it's ready to use.
