The ultimate goal of everything we do every day is that one day we get to live the life of our dreams. And reading is one simple habit we must develop to make that journey beautiful. It is said that a reader lives a thousand lives before he dies.We all have hardships of our own, depression is the mental condition we reach when that pressure starts to become unbearable. It is evident from researches done around the world that reading helps us control depression, reduce stress levels, which simply carries our brain into a relaxed state while taking care of our mental health. It is believed that reading has similar effects as meditation which helps to reach our inner peace.

Whether you do that or you read when you need to catch your breath after a hectic day. We work out at gyms, eat healthy, cleanse and keep our body in good shape while our mind is a literal mess. Just imagine the feeling of touching your favorite book, flipping through its pages and slowly moving to a completely different world, amazing right? No matter what genre enlightens your mind, inventing your own visuals, including every single detail of the background and feeling every emotion expressed by the writer is something a movie, a tv series can't even begin to offer.
This is for all you lovely young parents who work day and night to make their kids grow into a smart girl/boy with a great personality. Have your own little "reading zone" at home. Read with your kids. Read to your kids. Let them live inside the story by themselves.Trust me when I say this. It WILL go a long way.

Milk 250 ml
Sugar 1/2 tbsp
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Chocolate as much as you like
01) First mix corn flour, cocoa powder and 3 tbsp of milk.
02) Heat up 250 ml of milk in a pan till it simmers.
03) Add the cocoa mixture little by little while stirring.
04) Add grated chocolate and whisk away.
05) Turn the heat off when milk starts to boil.
06) Enjoy with ice cubes.
